If you've managed to find this, that's great!

I wanted to create a forum (in leiu of there being a WebCT site for Macs343) so that we can all communicate on a regular basis without clogging up our uni emails (I know mine is nearly full again).

I don't want to be admininistrator, but someone has to be so Kate did you want to take that over? I'll stay as admin if you like, it just makes me uncomfortable

So feel free to make new threads about anything, even non-MACS related if you like!

This is a really interesting issue Amber: why don't you want to be a moderator? (As an educator I'm interested in opportunities to let students take the lead in a serious way, not just to stand up the front and give the occasional presentation. What fascinates me about student presentations is that the minute the presentation is over, everyone in the room defers to me again -- including the presenter! So can virtual learning environments help us share the leadership experience more effectively?)
